Stahl side exit headers soon to be available again
It looks like ACP bought Stahl's jigs for their side exit headers. I was talking to Kerry about them and he said they will be available soon. Stainless versions a little later on. Not sure on which diameter primaries they will be. Here's alink to their website although the headers aren't listed yet.

I wouldn't expect the price to go down.
ACP has also hired Stahl's fabricator.
My current Stahls have just about had it, I'll be ordering in the off season. I think the current set that I have is more than 30 years old so if the new ones last as long I should be good.

I stopped in to see Kerry at Carlisle, during Saturday morning's rain shower, and he was telling me about the deal. He owns the the rights to all of Stahl's Corvette headers, and bought their fabrication equipment. The Stahl's are working with him on a consulting basis, to smooth out the transition over to ACP.
From what he told me, ACP also has Stalh's patterns for all of their other, non Corvette, headers. Stahl still owns those patterns, but ACP will be making them to order. So if you need something for your 69 Camaro, or anything else, he should be able to help you with them too.

There are a variety of coatings that can be used for exhaust systems. Some are purely cosmetic and others actually provide you with extra horsepower.
You also need to know what sort of stainless steel is being used. Most companies use 304 because it's the least expensive. It may not be the best choice though. The top systems today are made from Inconel. We're talking super expensive though. There are a number of NASCAR teams that simply can't afford Inconel. Think about that for a second.
Here's an article I wrote on this subject. Enjoy

Inconel headers for a C3 would be something to see. I've cut several types of inconel for the past 30 years. Mostly for use in USN submarines. It's tough stuff. Never seen tubes bent from it though. Tooling wear must be severe even with .020" wall tube.
My 69 actually has some inconel in it. The AIR system utilizes parts int the exhaust manifold called "extension tubes" to inject the pumped air closer to the exhaust valve. Some of the vendors offer these in inconel. Eight 2" long pieces of 1/4" tubing are about $80

I have the 69 factory sidemount exhaust system on my 68. I have Hedman sidemount headers (Hedman Hedders) that were designed to mate to the factory sidepipe exhaust system. PROBLEM: The Hedman sidemount headers were very cheap to buy...~$180??, and even though I had them Jet Coated, they are starting to rust. I would very much like to buy SB sidemount headers in stainless steel. I've sent emails, at least two times if not more, to custom header manufacturers asking if they could duplicate the Hedman Hedders in stainless steel....and I've never got a response. Surprising, seems like a very simply thing to do for a custom header manufacturer working in stainless steel.
Maybe the new "Stahls" headers is making SB sidemount headers for the factory 69 sidepipe exhaust system. I suppose I can just call them?

What diameter are your Stahl hedders ?
This are my Stainless Works Side Pipe headers, they are 1 7/8, i hope they aren`t too big and don`t harm my low end torque.
