Default Possible to improve steering radius?

Hey guys! As I'm still new to car culture, being pretty young and unknowledgeable about such a topic; I was wondering if this would even be possible mechanically. Will appreciate any answers on this! Car in thought is a '79

You have stops build into the lower control arm the ball joint.

If you had the room for the tire to not make contact you could remove the stops.

Answer is NO, under most any circumstances.....

I went to larger wheels/tires, and had to widen the steering to the front tires did not rub the frame/bar......and it is still narrower than a C4.....which I used to own....
