Block 14015445 with XN stamp?

454 Block 14015445 with XN stamp?
I am looking at a block that my engine builder thinks was never run.
The pad is stamped 67914 and the center pad above timing cover is T0125XN. Also painted blue which I thought was odd if it's true it was never run. See pics. I am curious about the date and XN suffix.

It looks like a T01254XN could be one of these.
T = Tonawanda engine plant
01 = Month
25 = Day
4XN = Engine code
4XN 1984 Marine 454 230 LE-8
4XN 1994 Marine 454 310 L-19 4 bolt Inboard
