Chevrolet BBC 12363407 Intake Manifold
Anyone use this intake on their big block? If so, how do you like it? I have a torker 2-0 on my 454 and I hate it. The Edlebrock RPM Air Gap or Weiand stealth will not fit under my hood. The only thing I can find to fit in a dual plane is this intake or one of the older L88/163 intakes but those are big $$. I cannot find much info about this intake.

I have a L88 style hood. The Chevy intake should fit as per the specs it is shorter by a smudge than the Torker 2 I am running. Not sure who makes my hood but the air gap and stealth are too tall. With the torker 2 and 2" drop air base filter I have about 5mm of clearance.

The stock BBC number are based off on what Edelbrock states about the Torker2.
Stock BBC A-3.xxx", B-4.xxx"; Carb pad height: 3.57" Diff 0.00"
Torker 2.0 A-3.050", B-4.600"; Carb pad height: 3.82" Diff 0.25
Holley Street Dom A-3.250", B-4.750" ,Carb pad height: 4.00" Diff 0.43
Weiand Street A-4.250", B-5.420"; Carb pad height: 4.83" Diff 1.26
Performer 2.0 A-4.300", B-5.400"; Carb pad height: 4.85" Diff 1.28
Performer RPM A-4.450", B-6.000"; Carb pad height: 5.22" Diff 1.65
I have both the Holley as a fall back and a Weiand Street to try. Right now with the stock stuff I have about 1.24" of clearance.
