Hi b,
First picture:
3 Hoses from wiper safety valve. It's correct.
White stripe to wiper door relay.
Red stripe to metal tube running along firewall.
Black hose, cut. Vent for safety valve.
Next picture:
This is a small black neoprene hose that supplies the vacuum for for heater/defroster controller in the console. This causing your leak.
It connects to a 'T' in a the large yellow striped hose right near the end of the metal tubes.
Third Picture:
The 2 red hoses are the remains of the hose bundle that was used when cars had the headlight washer system in 1970.
Regards,
Alan

Hi b,
The T is located just forward of and below the rubber stop on the right-side hood latch on the cowl.

Alan
