My C3 Build. Need some advice on pistons / crankshaft
Hello.
So, last summer I bought my first american muscle vehicle.
A 1968 Corvette Stingray with a 327 engine.
What I have done this far is to add / buy these parts:
Carburetor: Holley 650 CFM ULTRA DOUBLE PUMPER
Cylinder heads: Trick Flow® Super 23® 195 Cylinder Heads for Small Block Chevrolet TFS-30410013-M72
Rocker arms: Trick Flow® Roller Rocker Arms TFS-31400510
NOS Kit: http://www.jegs.com/i/NOS/741/05101/10002/-1
I have also bought 2 Holley fuel pressure regulators to maintain fuel pressure for both the carburetor and the NOS-kit.
The car also has a Weiand stealth intake and custom build headers.
It has been fitted with a racing clutch in 2009 and the gear box was changed at that point as well, but I currently dont know what gear box it is. It is a 4 speed manual. It has an MSD ignition system.
I have also fitted it with an oil cooler to keep it cooler due to the NOS-kit.
So, today i took of the old cylinder heads so that I could get ready to mount my new one. What met me was terrifying. The old pistons are so worn that they need to be replaced so I am currently taking the engine out of my car.
Also, I have no idea what camshaft it has been fitted with.
The cars purpose is street / strip, and my goal is high power.
So, with my current setup, Im looking for some advice to what piston kit and crankshaft to buy and to hear if anyone here has got any suggestions for me or experiene themselves.
Thanks in advance.

As for the lifters it has none, the pushords go straight down to the camshaft.
I have not set a budget for this build, so thats not the issue.
What I guess I would still need to buy is a hydrallic roller camshaft, lifters, pushrods, pistons, connecting rods and crankshaft.
I am not sure if it is possible, but if I could get a crankshaft / pistons which would make this a 350CID stroker that would be nice.
