Default Wheel Paint

I would like to repaint the wheels on my '69. I have a quart of PPG Delstar silver paint with the appropriate reducer and hardener which I had used previously to paint these wheels. I want to ad some green tint to the silver. Is there a generic tinting material I could use? The paint distributors have told me that this paint is discontinued (I bought it several years ago). Any help is appreciated.

delstar was a simple acrylic enamel. google it, I'm sure there are people out there that bought out that inventory and could sell you some mixing color tint.
