Default 79 Power window Motor

My driver window rolls up pretty fast and good. It does not completely roll up if door is closed due to hitting weather strip. HOWEVER the passenger window rolls up and down very very slow and seems to struggle. It also can't roll all the way up. The moment it touches the weatherstrip it stops . Also can't roll down if door is shut. Just doesn't have the power. I have to open door for it to begin to roll down.
Is this just needing a new motor??
Thanks

Default You need fresh grease!

I had a simular problem and found that the old grease on the tracks had turned into gum and made the rollers very hard to move. Removing the tracts to clean them was easy, getting everything back in and lined up correctly requires a lot of adjustments and patients.

Here's what you'll find when you get the door panel off.
