Here are some pictures of the Flowmaster 15354 exhaust 2-1/2" tips on my 70 Corvette. I have a SS magnaflow X pipe exhaust system that had a twin exhaust tip at the muffler that I didn't like. I cut them off and welded a 2-1/2" extension and clamped these tips on I wanted the 2-1/2" outlet with a tip that was close to the style of the original. You can get these at Jegs they are $52 each, I just thought I would post them if anyone wanted to know what they look like. I had to cut 4 slots to clamp them on they came as the welded type.

Don't know exactly what your looking for.. The 73 has a 2.5 exhaust tip

Looks great. I had to remove the 2 inch inlet on mine and have them weld on a 2 1/2 pipe. This would have solved the problem. Of course mine was done 10 years ago so these were not around.

Remember that the 1970-1972 exhaust pipe is not centered in the tip as the 1973 is.



While I've seen a lot of them with what are obviously '73 mufflers and centered pipes installed, it is not the norm and may not work for many.

I have these exhaust tips from Gibson, they have offset 2.5" inlet on them.

15354 I wasn't aware that the 73 are 2-1/2" I had to have a center pipe because of the after market muffler I would have got those if I had known.

I also bought a set of the Gibson tips when I installed my Magnaflo system on my 73. The 73 tips I had are a little smaller then the 2 1/2" pipes and the after market 73 tips

are no where near the quality of the Gibson tips.
