Default Exhaust manifold

I don't know if I would be spraying starting fluid on a hot exhaust manifold. That will work on an intake manifold. The crack can be " stitched" by a machine shop. The cost may outweigh the price of a replacement. Jerry

Exhaust.......is it making a noise yet (whistling/chirping) while the engine is idling?

You may be able to use JB Weldon the crack.

Don't use JB to patch it up.....just get a new to you /used one for the repair. Lots of those stock manifolds out there, that have been taken off for a header installation.
Fix it right.....

Yes, you can hear it. I guess I'll just look for a used one.

Thanks again

If u remove that manifold u could have it welded. But probably better off with a uncracked used ram horn. BTW just google chevy ram horn manifold and u can find brand new manifolds for a low as $60 each - u need to specify right or left.
