Default 1976 power window issue

I am in the process of restoring a 1976 Corvette and the power windows weren't working when I got it. I changed out both window motors, switches, and the window relay but still no luck in getting them to work. I've checked the fuse block near where the brake pedal is and don't see any blown fuses. Can anyone give me any more suggestions before I start rewiring everything and putting in an inline fuse?

Default Hi and welcome!

If 76 is like 74 than this might help:
The circuit breaker is on the firewall, check for 12 volts in and out at all times.

Next check that the pink-black from the relay has continuity and is plugged into the IGN cavity in the fuse box.

You need the key ON for the windows to work.
