That's a sure indication of a bad ground. It could be at the socket connection, or it could be the metal base of the bulb isn't making good contact with the socket. The bad ground could be on either side. The voltage is feeding through the wrong side to ground instead of the correct side. The first thing I'd do is pull the bulb and clean the base and the inside of the sockets. (disconnect the battery so you don't blow a fuse), then I'd check the connections between the sockets that provide the ground. One other possibility, though remote is that one of your filaments in the bulb is shorted to another and feeding voltage back that way, but very unlikely.

I should have noted, that is with stock bulbs. If you've installed LED's, all bets are off.

There's no reason to replace all the sockets if only one is corroded or loose. I'm not a believer in throwing parts at an issue, I like to find the problem and then correct it. If a socket is needed, or they all look bad, fine: replace them.

Here's what can happen to the bulb sockets. I cut this away to show the ground area.

To test for a bad ground attach a wire to a good ground and touch the other end of the wire to the socket as shown:

Good advise from 65GGvert and a good photo of what goes wrong from '75.

If you have any other issues here is a simple schematic to help you figure all the wires out.
