Default C3 rear springs

I have a 69 BB. The rear suspension sags a little and I plan to replace the rear spring. Has anyone had experience with composite (TRW) rear springs? Anyone have recommendations with steel or composite springs?
Thanks

i would go VBP for a composite spring, they make theirs in house and do a very good job. the TRW springs seem to sit pretty high.

I agree, just installed a 360 VBP with no complaints. They are made when ordered so it may take a couple of weeks.

Everyone has a different opinion.
Here's mine.
To maintain the stock ride and handling balance, use a Hyperco EZ ride composite spring with Bilstein Sport shocks. The spring rate is very close to stock.
The VB&P springs have rates much higher than stock, which will make the car understeer less, or oversteer more. Which might be exactly what you want. Or not.

Just remember the Sport shock is stiffer than the HD shock if you go with Bilstein.

Yes. The composite springs react a bit quicker than the steel ones, and the extra damping of the Sport series is a better match to the frequency.
