Default C3 brake issue..need the experts

Just finished installing the stainless o ring calipers on 4 corners. This was a kit by precision engineering. Came with new pads and Goodyear hoses.

Not my first brake job, not my first car. Installed everything and did 2 rounds of bleeding, both pumping and also gravity.

Problem: It pulls to the right under med and hard braking.

Re bled front left and rear left caliper. No change at all.

With the original brakes...no pulling at all. Looking for possible solutions.

I did not change the rotors...they are in very good condition all 4 corners.

What could be going on here?

The left front pads have brake fluid on them.

There is either a problem with one of the new calipers (LF or RR) or there is still air in the system. I just went thru this terrible nightmare myself... I fought it for months... 3 sets of calipers later, along with every new brake component you can buy, mine finally stops straight... Now I just have to beat the spongy pedal.

Ultimately, my pulling problem was caliper related, even though I changed all of the calipers twice, finally the 3rd set which were stainless/o ring, new pads and new slotted rotors stopped the pulling.

Search for my recent thread on this, I have tons of pics and info on everything we tried. Good luck....--you'll need it.

The saga continues. Local shops don't want to touch the car after I explain that I have already checked all the basics.

None of the shops have the caliper pressure gauges.

I can't seem to get any tech help from the supplier of the calipers. Apparently he is willing to replace a caliper, but how do I know for sure that it is a caliper issue?

The last thing I want to do is replace parts that don't need to be replaced.

Anyone know of a shop in TOLEDO OHIO that I could go to?

Swap parts? e.g. L2R calipers, pads, etc. See where the problem moves. Look for wear patterns on the pads although that is probably too soon. Check rotor temps!

What procedure did you use to burnish the brake pads ?

Since the brake pads are the same I would swap pads around to see if anything changes. Also as the previous person said measure rotor temp to see if it matches to what you are experiencing.

When I had this problem with my 82 I found it to be the brake line was so badly corroded that it wouldn't pass fluid. Once I replaced it with a new line the problem vanished. Not saying that is your problem, but you might check on it...
