I've got Hooker side pipes with Steeroids R&P on my 79. The only interference is the #1 tube with the U-Joint that replaces the old steering box - I had to clearance that tube. Everything else fits.
Added note - I have had this combo with 2 different oil pans - stock and Milodon 30907, just in case that is helpful to know.

The # 1 primary tube will interfere with the Steeroids U-joint that will connect between the rack and your steering column. I had to heat and dimple the header tube enough so they didn't rub together.
The header has to come off, so it's a little extra work to put it in, mark the location you will dimple, then pull it off and do the work. I think I test fit and worked on the header dimple 3 times before I was satisfied with the clearance between the u-joint and header tube.

This is the best picture I have - It's not a great view of where I clearanced the header tube, but hopefully gives you an idea.
The U joint pictured is now where my old steering gear box was. The red circle is where I dinged the header.
