Default Crossfire carboned

Hi
I have a 1982 crossfire injection corvette, when I opened the air filters, just for a regular maintain, I noticed that the two injectors, all around, are covered with dry carbon, I checked the computer codes, and number 33 & 44 , were flashing. Is there a connection ?
Many thanks in advance
Rani

Those codes are for the map sensor.Common for the throttle bodies to be dirty. If the car is running okay clear the codes .

Throttle body cleaner would be better, no chance of damage to the O2 sensors.
