Default Borgeson with Flaming River tilt column

Is there a thread detailing what is needed to install a Flaming River tilt column on a 71 with previously installed Borgeson steering box?

I'm concerned that if I just order the Flaming River column it will be too long or too short.

Thanks

You need to find out if the Flaming River column is collapsible like an OEM column. I used an Ididit tilt in the 68 and it's not collapsible. Column needs to be approximately 2" shorter which would require some extensive machine work. Would like to run the Borgeson gear box but can't due to the column. 68's only had a telescopic option, no tilt.

1Fordman, Are you happy with the Ididit column ? I have been thinking about a similar install in my 68, but would also like to run a Borgeson box.
Any pictures of column installed ?
