Default HOOD - vented RESTOMOD CHEVY'S STYLE

I was thinking of going with a hood similar to the Chevy restomod type . It looked like an LT1 or big block with vents. As I plan for the body work on the 71 , it does look cool and will help with heat.

This is what my previous owner did to cool things down back in the day. Anyone recognize what vents they are? And they are functioning vents to this day..

Hard to be sure but from the pic look like 68 Camaro SS or maybe Nova hood vents.

I did my 85 my self, came out good. It took forever and is functional - the air cleaner fits into a hole in the hood up into the scoop. It's a 67 -427 scoop modified and glassed on to the 85's hood. Daily driver, with lots of HP..
I was just hoping to get a "store" bought hood and fitting it. Chevy did a great job on the car..
