I don't like it, but I'm not buying. The only question is whether you like it.

Hi c74,
I consider it one of those paint jobs that I see at a car show and think "that's pretty neat!", but am glad the next day that it's not in my garage!
Regards,
Alan

Zero appeal to me, do not like the paint, wheels or funky side pipes.

But as already stated, not my money I'm not the one buying it...however if I saw it at a car event I probably would stop and take a look as well as giving the Corvette wave if I passed it on the street.

If you love it, buy it. Just look really close at what the pretty paint job may be covering up? A lot of people don't look past the bling on the outside and find the ugly truth after they get their new pride and joy home.

This is so true. I am happy you came here before buying as most buy the car then come here for answers as to what is wrong with this or that. So my hat is off to you

Now the Vette, even though it has an iffy paint job if you take someone who knows what to look for that is the way to go. The Vette maybe perfect under the paint job and you could get yourself a beautiful Vette and maybe paint it later.

But in my experience most are rust buckets and you have to pay big time to get it fixed. I don't speak Finnish but I can read the mileage. It says 10,000 miles, right there is a red flag because he is lying.

It has 110,000 miles or 210,000 as the odometer rolls over every 100,000 miles. So there's already BS in the printed description, what else is being hidden.

Good luck in your venture and I would buy the Mustang before I bought the Vette.

Nice Vette and Stang.......

The paint job is NOT my favorite on the 76. I agree with the others that you need to look close to see if there may be some "cover up" with the paint job.

To put it simply it is obviously painted as a personal thing but a cover-up is a possibility.

Hmmmmm

They are out there. Keep looking. Like stated above. If you don't know Corvettes take someone with you who knows what to look for. I crawled under the ones I looked at with a flashlight. I bought my '73 after I saw it for sale at a car show. I paid $120.00 for a specialist to conduct a full safety inspection prior to purchase. Except for a couple of oil leaks, It's all original and near perfect. California car, always garaged and I couldn't find a speck of rust. Good Luck!!!

Cannot STAND the C3 orange too close to CalTrans orange
Might be rare but-

Hugger orange would look sweet, hard color to pull off period
If youre not sure then move on youll regret it.
