The old timers on here remember my son driving into it when helping me jump start my truck when he was 10. The car was disassembled but I never got the money to put it back together completely. I been collecting parts for over 10 years. That son contacted Garage Squad 10 years later, put them in touch with me, I submitted the car and they took it.

SO how long after the car is done does your son get to drive it? Great car, great story about how it got put out of service, great story about how it got fixed. And great son. Can't wait to see it. And thanks for giving us a heads up.

Wow! Congrats on being selected! This is super cool!
I have a question, but you don't have to answer. One thing I have wondered while watching this show is what are your out of pocket expenses? I know you said you have been collecting parts for years, but what about the things you dont have? Do you owe them anything in labor? Or do they just come and do it all for free?
I ll be sure to watch your episode of the show!

I would guess since this is a show for TV that the production company pays everything just like Chip Foose on Overhaulin? These shows operate because cost like parts and labor are so small relative to the overall production costs versus a sitcom like show with mega salaries...

C5 ZO6 seats with custom embroidered leather covers. Trailing Arms were assembled and set up by Vtech. Outer and inner flanged axles install and clear exactly like stock. I have the 1350 joint setup.

That engine is to die for! Awesome! I like the show. It would be good to hear some feedback after the filming. They seem like good dudes. Let them know people watch it here in Brazil too!
