Default Holley Carb Question

Have a Holley 670 and engine is sucking fuel when car is shut off. The fuel pressure gauge used to have pressure when engine was off and would loose pressure overnight. now once I shut off engine fuel pressure is at 0 and when you restart the car it acts like its flooded

Any ideas

Thanks in advance

Seems you may have a float problem in the carb. If the fuel bowls are full they should shut off fuel supply or there is a leak from the fuel bowl which leaves the floats open to release the pressure.

Once you shut off the car check if fuel is dumping into the intake.

You are right on, I reajusted the float and we're all good. Fuel gauge is holding pressure again.

Thanks
