T1019HJ identifies a generic 327 250hp engine assembled at Tonawanda on October 19. 18L confirms a Chevrolet (1) 1968 (8). The L is the assembly plant code for Los Angeles. The 660 blocks were used in a variety of Chevrolets, including Camaro, but was not used in the Corvette.
