Make sure you have at least 12 volts on the orange wire at the distributor with the car running,
weak voltage at the distributor can cause random firing issues,

Thanks for all the replies
I accidently ordered 3933x plugs I don't think the Ole chevy liked them. I ordered a new çoil and some ar3935 plugs and a new ac Delco pcv valve
I will check voltage at distr.

update
turns out it was an intake manifold leak. I replaced gasket wit felpro 1205
seems to have stopped fouling plug. Plug was oil fouling instead of fuel fouling
distrib had 12 volts running
