CUSTOM TACH FILTER IN!
If anyone was following all my Tach filter posts the guy who made my tach filter mailed it and it showed up today..cool!
David;
If you could ask on the forum if anyone knows the original part number. Even though it is discontinued it still has a GM part number.
Thanks
Rodney
It should take about ten minutes to install with supplied connectors. Unfortunetly my Vette is in the shop for all new poly bushing/ sandblast & powder coat everything/ new seals rear and tranny ($2100.00 :rolleyes:)so have to wait to get Vette back Thursday night to install. Also got my new headlight switch
With new A/C vac (pneumatic) hoses should have the pneumatics for the upper A/C ducts working great (bottom works great, new R-134A conversion).
This would make the last of the Vette restoration save the incoming right door panel (new installed one ripped due to faulty stiching). Then off to the painter for touch ups on nose (stone hits) and she's done!!
:cheers: :cheers: :cheers: :cheers: :cheers:

Re: CUSTOM TACH FILTER IN! (Cali,77,L-82)
The whole filter fits neatly inside my wire loom so no one will even know it's there, much better and cleaner looking then that ugly stock filter that bolts to the intake, very small, I'm inpressed and it was free, well at least for me, I'm the test platform guy.

Hey rodney, you just broke the record of sending replies to yourself ;)
These pics are really big, you should try to resize them, otherwise no one will be this patient to wait for them showing up.
Sorry that I can´t help you, I don´t even know what a tach filter is :bb
