To me it was worth the $100 and one day for someone else to do it. The way I looked at it was my time is worth something. There has to be someone on here with that video. :cheers:

The guy I bought the car from gave me a top, so I figured why not give it a try? If I mess up, I can always have a professional do the install.

It's not as bad as you would think. follow the guide below and make sure you have the front and rear new weatherstrips! I also needed new tack strips and had rust under my front header. It's nice if you have more than one sitting to do it, and your right, as cheap as they are you can screw up and your not out much. Toughest part for me was the plastic lock strip on the rear weatherstrip. It's still not right...

One more thing. It is REALLY helpful to have a buddy for this to provide extra hands.

I bought all new weatherstripping. Is it difficult to allign the bows? There are no pads on it now.
