you can't, only way to replace the rear window is to replace the whole top. The plastic window is sown in place.

The tops are quite inexpensive, and then you get it all. Change the top.

The original tops had a "heat sealed" rear windows. They were not sewn in. If yours is sewn, it's been replaced already, OR you don't have a "factory correct style" top. For all the PIA to remove the top to replace the window, you might as well put a new top on it. :) Chuck
