Going to get close to 70 degrees this weekend in my part of Texas --- we moved to a house with a fireplace this summer -- been having to turn the AC down to use it :D :D

You are a "little" early but thanks nevertheless. It is but -2C here and very little snow. But hopefully the white stuff will come by shortly.
