Poly Trailing arm bushings
I ordered poly bushings last year, but didn't install them because I didn't have the sleeves to go into the trailing arms. I ended up buying new GM rubber trailing arm bushings, and installing them, so the poly bushings have just sat.
Now finally I will re-install my trailing arms (hopefully for the last time) and I am wondering if I should put the poly bushings in. I have poly bushings all around, except for control arm/trailing arm bushings.
What is involved in installing these, and is it worth it?

In my opinion, stick with rubber. The squeaks of poly far outweigh the imperceptible "increase" in handling. Unless you plan to race the car, stick with the rubber bushings. (Coming from a guy who has poly bushings but regrets it).

I have poly and it flex a lot less than rubber. I have no squeaks but live in a warm climate.

Poly trailing arm bushings are by far the best suspension mod you can make. You will really notice a difference when you throw it into a corner. :chevy
