[PICS] BBQ at Marc & Lisa's house (SHOPTEC)..
Here are a few pics from the BBQ at Marc and Lisa's house...
The white car in the garage is Marc and Lisa's (SHOPTEC), the GSC3 is of course mine, the 65 is ELECTRON BLUE'02's (Alan) and the yellow '85 and the aqua blue 69' are Luis's (and his wifes) (Luis is not a forum member)
and here is Marc with some "BUBBA" Burgers :D :D
We all had a great time!!! Some more pics are going to follow!!!

Looks like you guys had fun. I cannot wait to go outside in a T shirt. Well, in a couple of months maybe I can wear my Spring Jacket!
What are bubba burgers, is that a florida or southern brand? I never heard of them.

We really had a nice time BS'ing, eating, etc.
As the pics show, my car is still "in the hospital", and it received visitors today to keep it company----2 C3's, a C4, and a C2!!!!
It really picked up my '71's spirits:lol:
With all of the work and "modifications" I had to do to get my new core support in, I felt Bubba Burgers were quite in order.

Did you get any more shots of that blue/white 69. It looks pretty nice from what I can see. It looks like he got some fairly wide rear tires.
I think this summer I will get to meet some forum members around Mpls as I have spoken to a few finally through IM recently. Really cool to meet others that have the same hobby interest as you do.

His tires are 295/50R15 in the rear and 265/50R15 in front. He removed the emergency brake cable to make the 295's fit in the rear...

Luis's '69 is a SWEET ride. The car is immaculate inside and out. Of course, he sees flaws in it that you would have to look for long and hard. His wife drives the Millennium Yellow C4 that is great looking too.
