Re: Baldwin-Motion Stripe? (72rdstr)
I have talked to Joel Rosen from Motion Performance. He said the paint job is trademarked and because of that will not give out dimensions. He also said that I can paint my car any way I want based on any picture I find.
Sounds like he doesn't care but won't give out the original specs.

:iagree:
I looked into engine detailing and modifications and found no useful info, but close enough may be good enough for you, and if that's the case, there are websites out there covering Baldwin-Motion, Yenko and COPO cars, that will undoubtably have pics.

As people mentioned above, it's trademarked that no one else can "reproduce" the stripe for purposes of selling it.
But he can't stop ya from painting your car any scheme that you want, that being said, click on the link and select "Vette pics".

Agree w/ 70PurpleLS7.
Black. Maybe dark silver to be a little more subtle.
Agree the stripes look very good, however one thing to consider is that they attract even more attention from the police than normal.

What if your car's black? Would you use white, or go with a grey or silver???
