I think Mid America has a restoration service - check in one of their catalogues. Depends on the year of your car.
I'm sure if you do a search on the net for steering wheel restoration you will find other places as well. Try this URL:

Chuck Pelton does most of the restorations for the corvette vendors. He is a member here on the forum. Do a search of his name or on the subject matter. He did mine and it is perfect as well as others here on the forum
