Speed demon carb and drop base air filter
Anyone know a brand of drop base air filter that will fit a speed demon carb with an electric choke, i have my stock hood so clearance is an issue

This is what I am running with my Demon..I also added a 1/2 inch wood spacer to clear the vacum ports :cheers:
I am running a K&N filter in that Drop Base

K&N or Summit 14" with 1-1 1/4" drop base with 3" element. I still had to notch it to fit over the choke assembly.

How do you guys, who are running 650 speed demons, like them. Are they better than Holley 670 Street Avengers.
