Default Different shifter **** for my C3

I'm looking for a Hurst "T" type aluminum shifter for my C3 - 700R4 Automatic transmission - Hurst doesn't make one, but maybe some one else makes one like it ... any help would be appreciated ... any body know of someplace to look or a name to track down?? "

Thanks

:seeya

What's the thread on the shifter handle? Hurst offers a generic T-Handle **** with various thread adapters in both standard and metric sizes.

I do know a fellow that has a flameball shifter on his PT Cruiser w/ automatic ... he just pushes down on the ball & it goes into gear, he had to change the shift post as well as the ball..

I don't know if this would work on a C3 or not...

This is the best shifter yet designed for a C-3. Custom made by G-Man!:) Although I need to figure out how to modify it for a line lock button

Does it work with a automatic? Where is the button, on top?

I looks great, I'd like to know also if he makes it in all aluminum?

The picture barely shows the top automatic button. You just unscrew your fine threaded stock ball and screw this one on.

Yes there is a button for the lockout feature and I can make them in any style and material . I just ran this one off because I just never liked the ball type [ purely personal preference] . The one in the pic is made of billet aluminum and cherry .

I'm also interested. I'd prefer a darker shade of wood though. Price range?? Looks like you do excellent work :yesnod:
