umm
i was looking into lambo kits for my 77.... if i can recall, u need the setup that wopuld fit the 92-95 honda accords.... but u will still have to make modification to make them fit........ double check the setup though, not sure............. also, the weight of the door is also an issue... most setups are for the light compact cars but once you figure that the vette door is bigger and heavier then youmight need to look into a heavy duty air shock/gas shock....... i was gonna get the setup but for 1500 for the set, that could pay for engine mods and my rims.... i'm thinking about suiciding my doors if i can't make a lambo hinge to work......... also, it's hard to shim up the door once the setup is on..

I LOVE Lambos for MANY reasons the main one is that Lamborghini built his car out of spite of Enzo Ferrari. Ferruccio Lamborghini appraoched Ferrari to discuss improving the clutch on his Ferrari. Enzo basicly told him to "What does a tractor manufactor know of cars and to go back to the farm"? Both are great cars, the Ferrari is more about image, great lines and glorious sounds. The Lambo is all about speed and sheer excitment where money is no expense.
Have had a Ferrari AND Lamborghini in our garage, I'd take the Lambo over the Ferrari ANYDAY.
Just my opinion.

If you like the Lambo fine thats your opinion and your entitled to it. I don't like it, that's my opinion and I'm entitled to it as well.
Comparing Corvette to Lambroghini or Ferrari is like comparing apples and oranges. If I was to buy any supercar at all it would be the Lingenfelter Twin Turbo Corvette. Corvette also has a history of success at the track. (LeMans, Daytona Sebring maybe you've heard of them) And the Vette doesen't cost $400,000. Ferrari also has alot of wins in the LeMan's Series. If I'm in the market for a $400,000 plus supercar, which I'm not (I have a limited budget), I'd get the one I like. I don't like Lamborghini's current design style, Ferrari on the other hand can still makes a great looking car, IMHO. And to your comment "speed and sheer exicitement where money is no expense"; one word, Enzo. However, the Lamborghini is a legitimate performer, and I respect their heritage. It just ain't for me. But the "lambo" style doors this thread is about can be found on more Honda's than Lamborghini's. This is what I meant is what I meant by my original comment. Didn't mean to make anyone mad.

Why ruin a perfectly good door with a tasteless ripoff of Mr Lamborghini's design? People put them on Civic's because they run out of things to do to them. Your money would be better spent on performance mods. Corvettes were made to perform not made to look like ricers.

I have to agree the Enzo is cool (seen one at the local Hooters 2 onths ago, it was pretty sweet), but the styling just isn't for me. During the '80's my dad owned both and one thing I learned is either you are a Ferrari fan or a Lambo fan, it's like two great rival teams.
I agree on the Honda comment 100%.

Ferrari vs Lamborghini
Corvette vs. Viper
All are rivals
All are great cars
But as far as the wannabe Hondas
