15X4 Corvette Rally Rims
Anyone running 15X4 Corvette Rally Steel Rims with 2 1/2 backspacing?
Jegs has a set I'd like to try on the fronts.
Do they handle well on the drag strip?
How about handling on street?
Will they fit?

I can't comment on 4"-wide Rally wheels, but I run 3.5"-wide Pro-Stars on the front of my Z28, which was driven ONLY to the track and back (15 miles each wayof low-speed driving), or to my neighborhood VFD Car Show (less than a mile each way, thru a housing plan).
On the strip, they are decent (how much 'handling' do we really NEED at the strip?):
if you'll be running the skinny Mickey Thompson tires, make sure you get the ones for 3000+ lb cars (I once accidentally got the 'regular' ones, and they were squirrelly).
I'd not advise using such a narrow tire/wheel for much every-day driving, however...
Hope this helps

That's some of the info I wanted....Can I drive to track and back without getting squirrely.
I'll make sure i get the tires for 3000 lb plus cars.
The backspacing is 2 1/2....I'm guessing these should fit okay up front?

67 camero with 15X4. He drive his hot rod big block 20 miles to work when it's nice out. We've been out doing the temp drag strip going side by side at over 120 mph on the way out to his house. They turn Okay.
He runs these tires for the street BFG radial T/A's Copy and paste from the tire Rack. they are something like $57 each

Cappy he's over 3000 lbs with a 427 Big block with iron heads. so it's nose heavy.
The 24.5 inches in diameter slams your front down pretty low so you would have to watch the bumps. I don't know what diameter your using now.
