I dont know if this is what your looking for but theres a conversion kit for Edelbrock Carbs here. Im sure they have other namebrands but I didnt look through it much.

Just go to NAPA and get an electric choke for a 1980 Vette. Direct bolt-in replacement for your hot air choke. Just remember to remove the gasket under your hot air choke coil when installing the electric coil cover, otherwise the electric choke won't have a ground path.

Will that work on my 77 with an Edelbrock Performer 2101 manifold ?

The 1980 Vette electric choke will bolt directly into any 1975 and newer Q-Jet with hot air choke system, regardless of the manifold you're running. The electric choke cannot, obviously, be used with the 1967 - 1974 Q-Jets with the divorced choke system.
