i'm thinking of selling my baby b/c we've got a real baby on the way. the kind that needs a carseat... so this daddy's toy has got to go. this stingray is immaculate. i've only owned it for about 2 years. it has 111,000 miles on the original, numbers matching small block. the car was completely restored (frame off) about 6 years ago. the engine block was rebuilt completely as well. the carburator was replaced (i still have the original) and the alternator was replaced. everything else is the fully restored original. the color is "war bonnet yellow" which is kind of like a 24 karat gold. the paint was redone at the time of the resto and i defy anyone to show me a glossier, deeper job than the one on this beautiful 'vette. the interior is black vinyl, also restored and in full funtioning condition. the suspension is stock but lowered.... as you can see this car sits extremely low. only about 1-2 fingers fit between the tires and the wheel wells.... no issues with rubbing and the stance looks awesome. rubber has about 5 thousand miles on it so basically like new. i have the original tank sticker!!!! as well as ample documentation of much of the resto work done. the car has always been garaged and never driven in the rain. i keep it under a flannel corvette cover and drive it almost every weekend which keeps her juices flowing well. full tune up was done a couple of thousand miles ago. please email me at ddsofmarin@yahoo.com with questions. i'm listing the car on craigslist for $39,000 which is really what it's worth especially in the private market where it is listed. the forum price is $28,000.

Very pretty. Nice car too Youre a lucky guy. In this market, as nice as that car looks. (Looks correct too) Thats probably a little much, but good luck.
If you think getting rid of this car will change your life.....wait til "jr" shows up.

Beutiful car and congrats on your future addition. Take my advice and keep the car if possible. You"ll look back a few years from now and wish you had. A nice cruse on a warm sunday summer morning will help cope with the stress of fatherhood. The kid will thank you to when he or she is old enough to come along for the drive.
