What do you think about this 68?
This car was on Ebay and the auction ended before I noticed it. I am talking with the seller and may buy. Ebay item # 320399278595 Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

I admit to not knowing much about '68s. That said, nothing in the ad or the pictures jumped out at me as a problem or red flag. It looks very clean underneath too. 327/350 is a nice option, if I bought another C3, I would get that engine (or 350/350). I would still want to see it in person and drive it etc, but it looks worth the time to me. Also, if the condition is what it appears in the picture, I can't imagine why it wouldn't be worth the "Buy it Now" price or somewhere close.

I own a 68 l79. This car looks very nice, But you and someone with knowledge of these cars (if you don't)need to inspect it. You're approaching top end for a 68 small block coupe, But it sure looks like a top end car.

Looks like a real nice, no excuses 68 350 horse with AC. NCRS Top Flight as well. I would want to know when and where (Regional, National). I would want to see it in the flesh and look at the frame and drive it. The price is certainly in the ballpark for a car that appears this nice. It even has the smog pump in place. I like it

Looks like a beautiful example of an L-79 68 coupe. I agree with capevettes that more info about the T.F. certification would be one of the questions I would ask if I were considering it. The car is nicely optioned and to me looks complete, correct and nicely restored. I would expect documentation to accompany the car.

....damn, for nearly $26K, I might let my four time Top Flight(2 Regional, 2 Chapter), NCRS 5 Star Bowtie, Bloomington Gold Survivor 1968 Silver/Black coupe go. 46K miles, unrestored, original paint, chassis, interior & engine compartment.

Yeah right! Only if you have documentation to back up the documentation to prove that it was original only once.

That is a nice looking car. It would cost a lot more than that to restore a nice driver quality car! Believe me I have 35k (resto) + 26k (price of car) in my 67 coupe. Go for it!

Seller had on Ebay but it did not sell. I made contact with him and he was very friendly. I offered $27,500.00 and he accepted. I already have the title in hand and other paperwork such as a NCRS Topflight certificate. The seller told me the guy who retored the car lives in California. His name is Chip Werstein. He supposedly has all the documentation on the car, but wants to sell it. The car was picked up yesterday by Reliable Transport. I don't know when it will arrive but I am anxious. I really appreciate all the feedback from you guys. Thanks Ed

Looks real nice, especially to us "coupe" guy's. Reliable does a great job transporting. Got mine to and from Bloomington this year. Good luck.
