Here's a bump for a green brother!
That's a sweet LT-1 and in another time, I would grab it in a heart beat!
Any video's of it from behind the wheel going through the gears? I'd love to hear how it sounds.
Best of luck with the sale.
Glenn

Several people have expressed interest in the car (thank you). The primary concern everyone has, is the paint. The paint is old, as is the car. You can see that the paint does not look too shabby. Everyone, so far, wants to paint the car. This is probably because I give the car a pretty hard assessment when someone contacts me for more info. This, in turn, scares folks off. If I were contemplating purchasing a car, esp. one that I could not personally inspect unless I had to purchase a plane ticket, I would appreciate a realistic assessment. (Some of these dealers ads make me barf). That thought adds approximately six thousand bucks to their investment. My thought on the car is that the car is mostly original, even to the point of possibly being a Bowtie candidate, therefore, for me, at least, paint is out of the question. Why would anyone paint a car that has made it this far with most of its' original paint?
The point I am driving to is that, in better times, in the future, this car will command much stronger money. Should this be a factor? Would you paint it? Why?
I ran into the same issue when I was going to sell my LT1. 85% of the paint is original and on a scale of 1 -10 it is probably an 8. I would leave the car in its original state as long as I could. It looks great and you can't get that back.....EVER.

Glenn, I thought you might like this one. No video, never crossed my mind, but, I'm sure that you have been there, done that. I followed your sale thread, as many in the community, and, I must tell you, I dont think I would have "stuck it out", as you did, but the end result was good. Congrats!

Barry O, Why don't people just think this out? It may not be drop dead gorgeous, but, it is only in this state once. Sharp car in your avatar.

I am seriously thinking about keeping it. This is the best driving C3 I have owned. I don't possess the intestinal fortitude to see this thing through, esp. like Glenn did.

Thanke for all the comments and dialogue,
Chas

This car(if it was), if part of the same set was from NW Ohio.
I saw the same cars at B-J Palm Beach in 2004. They have definitely made the rounds.

To the OP, beautiful car. GLWS.

With Chuck's permission, here's a video/sound clip of the his beautiful LT-1. I love the sound of the exhaust note. It's also a good shot of the original paint on the tail end.
