78 Anniv/Pace 4/sale - Be first reg. owner

This car has never been registered. Be the first Registered Owner! 1978 Corvette 25th Silver Anniversary Pace Car, Limited Edition. Fully optioned, Automatic, L82, Mirrored “T” top panels, 935 miles, pristine condition. All documentation including MSO. Completely original with the exception of recently replaced belts and hoses. As a rule, we do not allow members to list cars or parts that they personally do not own. However, in rare situations we have made exceptions to this rule in the past.

I believe Ed Foss in Roanoke Indiana is interested in, and collects, very low mileage Corvettes.

....very nice car. I am a little bewildered about the mileage. I'm used to seeing 20mi, 50mi, 135mi Pace Cars still on MSO, but how does somebody put "935" miles on a car never titled or registered?

There's a collector in Tallahassee Florida named Devoe Moore - Owns the Tallahassee Antique Auto Museum. I would be he'd be interested. I don't personally have contact info for him but he can be reached via the Museum. BRD

37,500??? that's a little ambitious no? there are a few of these ultra low mile pace cars around - at dealers no less, for low 20's. and they have been there for a while. not to mention the times. the owner should really look at the realistic market for these cars in these times.. just a thought.

Its interesting how 78 Pace Cars generate a discussion whether its comments re their mileage, how thick the dust it or the price/value...none of which has to do with performance like the every so popular 70-72 LT1s.

It's missing the 2 inches of historical dust which is where all of the value supposedly is
