Burning Brakes
Paint and bodywork: 10k
New exhaust: 1k
New interior: 1k
Which brings your car to a price of about 20k. Add 20% for unseen issues, and its to 24k. Or you could buy one done at that price.
Not trying to say you won't sell it, you just gotta find the right buyer (probably someone willing to do the paint and body themselves). Include more info. How "NEW" is the 350? How many miles on the car? Do the gauges work? Is it the original 4 speed? How does it shift?
Also be more specific on the work that was done to the suspension.

The mileage on the car is kinda irrelevant as the engine, suspension, and frame are not original. If you look at the pick you can see it shows like 36,000 but could be 136000 there is just no way to tell. The engine has a tag on it from a company in shreveport, louisiana so I assume they built it. I might try and give them a call and see if they can tell me anything. I appreciate the feedback but i still don't agree with it. I'm kinda starting to lean towards starting this project myself. My only holdup is I don't have a place to work on it.

FYI, Listed on ebay!

If it doesn't sell I'm probably gonna buy the new rear body panel and start the process myself.

I like a project- Lou is just trying to make the point that it doesn't pencil out to buy and build vs purchase finished, that's all. He's right.
However- what is true for this car is true over on the C1/C2 board as well, you can buy completed cheaper than you can build. The reason this is that the initial project cost is high relative to the finished value (Captain Obvious, I know). A mechanically sound driving car is almost certainly worth about the OP's asking price and the market is what it is.
Everyone but the neophyte knows restoration is going to cost more than it's worth- the pleasure has to be in the process.

Interesting. The rear end is aluminum 80-82, which doesn't bolt up to a 63-79 frame without bracket modifications. The frame is a 4 speed frame as the trans crossmember is welded. So could be an 80-81 frame or an earlier or original frame with a rear modded up.
Could be a fun project to the next buyer. GLWS.
