1978 Corvette Silver Anniversary with just 92 miles
1978 Corvette Silver Anniversary For Sale Stock #2583 Code correct Silver Anniversary exterior, code correct Black cloth interior. Numbers matching 185hp 350ci engine, automatic transmission, posi rear-end. Factory features include air conditioning, tilt-n-tele, power windows, power locks, power steering, power brakes, power antenna, aluminum wheels, dual sport mirrors, ZX2 Convenience (lighting) Group, cargo shade, cruise control, AM/FM/8 track stereo, dual rear speakers, cloth interior, rear defrost, heavy duty battery.Originally assembled on August 9, 1978, this 1978 Corvette Silver Anniversary is in near showroom condition, as it should be with just *92* DOCUMENTED ORIGINAL MILES! This car shows original paint, which is in particularly nice condition for its age. Every piece of exterior glass on this car shows a correct date code. Exterior door handles are in very good condition with no finish or typical rubbing issues, and the taillights are in excellent condition with no typical fading or cracking. Weatherstripping looks to be in very good condition, and is still soft. Slotted aluminum wheels are in very good condition, and wear original Goodyear Polysteel Radial raised white letter tires. There tires show an average of 9/32nds tread depth remaining in the front, and an average of 8/32nds tread depth remaining in the rear. The RARE Black cloth interior in this 1978 Corvette Silver Anniversary shows excellent condition factory seat covers, steering wheel, door panels, center console, dash pad, gauges, and carpet. The numbers matching engine in this car shows casting date July 23, 1978, and final assembly date July 27, 1978. Correct hoses and ignition shielding are in place, as is the correct carburetor and intake manifold. Frame is clean, solid, and rust-free. Original literature for this 1978 Corvette Silver Anniversary includes the owner's manual, build sheet, Goodyear tire brochure, warranty booklet, aluminum wheel removal guide, and battery brochure.
