A few questions. Does the paint and trim codes match? Those appear to be seat covers which can be removed. He would be better served to show off the dash and seats or provide some better photos. Does the air work?? Service records??

Well, I surely could have done a better job presenting this car---and I will.
Paint and trim codes do match.
The seat material is in very nice condition (I'll pull the covers and post photos).
Dash is very nice.
Air (a/c) does work.
Have an extensive file of service.
Really though, the car speaks for itself. I encourage all interested parties to come see/ hire an inspection/contact me for more info/photos.

Update: New additional update concerning trailing arm bearings---please read (A), (B) and (F) below:
Put the car on the rack and found a few items needing attention:
A) Retracted!--- rear wheel bearings need attention---Not terrible, but there is some play and the trailing arm units do need to be serviced.
Retracted! Initial inspection with my wife observing "end play" at stub axles and she saw none---therefore I assumed the play was in the bearings. Have since tested again, and there is a 1/8" end play in the stub axles, but no play in the trailing arm bearings.
B) No longer leaking --- left rear brake caliper is leaking--Again, not serious, and it may "seal" with driving/breaking, but I'd repair.
C) Very small oil drip from front timing cover---Very small
D) Headlight warning switch (at the headlight hinge) broken, resulting in Warning light staying on when headlights on/popped up.
E) Rear end "Clunk" when putting into reverse---Checked u-joins in drive-shaft and half-shafts (they are fine)---The "slop" is in the rear pumpkin unit. Unit does not make any howling noise, nor any noise when driving/turning/etc., but should be addressed.
F) A/c is operating properly and system has pressure, but not blowing as cold as it was 30 days ago.
Estimated cost of repairs is $800.00 to $1,400.00
Owner willing to deduct cost of repairs to the tune of $2,000.00
Or, if someone would like, I will perform the repairs so that the car is "ready to go".
So, price as is-----$12,500.00
Thanks,
George

I went and looked at this car for a friend of mine. She’s still in decision mode, but I wanted to share how good this car is in person. George is straight up on his list of needed repairs. It looks and dives nicely. If you are interested in a 71, this is a good deal. (Yes, I told my friend the same thing. If she stalls too long, that’s a woman’s prerogative.)

Australia buyer has indicated that wire transfer is forth coming.
If my time difference calculations are correct (16 hours ahead), their banks will not be open for another 13 hours. So if the transfer is initiated 9 am Fri. Aus. time, it will hit my bank at 5 pm thur. (tomorrow), meaning it will not likely be posted to my account until sometime Fri am (CDT).
I will advise.
