This is either an immaculate frame-off restoration or the cleanest C-3 in the world!
Where did you find the build sheet and how did you get to it?

Exactly what I was thinking. Well, not exactly. I don't have a '69 to park it next to. Too many automatics.

sorry guys for the delay. This is a frame off deal, the mileage is correct not a typo. I can't verify if it is only 5k on the clock or 105k. condition of the interior is excellent and looks it was never replaced.
