WTT 1972 War Bonnet Yellow coupe in St. Louis
I have a numbers matching 1972 coupe in WBY with tan vinyl interior, automatic, A/C, p/s, p/b, tilt/tele. Nice paint and interior with newer seat covers, door panels and carpet. Solid frame, good chrome, rebuilt carb, new radiator, leaf spring, tires and suspension parts. A very decent driver that just doesn't happen to be the right color according to my daughters. I'm looking for a nice base chrome bumper C3 coupe with automatic in any of the blues or greens of those years. Willing to trade across or up for a nice car meeting these parameters. Or sell for $22,500. Please pm with possible trades.

Willing to consider cash offers. Or, of course, green (British, Fathom, Donnybrook, Brands Hatch or Elkart) or blue (LeMans, International, Bridgehampton, Mulsanne, Bryar or Targa) chrome bumper cars for trade would be preferred.

I love these war bonnett yellow cars. I just bought a 62 Biscayne 409 car though. But on the other hand, would trade that for the right Corvette
Good luck with the sale. Nice car. here is a bump for you

Yep, that's it! Glad you like it, I thought it was gorgeous. However, to be true to my mission, I had to have particular colors for the collection. I found a beautiful Brands Hatch green '71 with numbers matching, base automatic, A/C, p/s, p/b, p/w, deluxe interior. My three daughters (in their mid 20s) are thrilled to be getting these cars (Classic White '72 and Ontario Orange '71) after I finish up a few things like paint and seats on the white and orange cars. They remember their dad having different chrome bumper cars and dragging them to Bloomington (back before it ever left and came back!), so there is a real connection. Plus, why wait 'til I croak to leave them a "legacy" if they can get a good start now on nurturing their own Corvette Fever? If the WBY car is your first, you'll soon find out what I mean about the fever.

Love the collection!!!
Wow!!! Great collection. I love the green. Your girls are lucky. I too have 3 daughters but I'm just getting around to buying my own at this time. I did once own a 1974 that was in great condition. My problem has always been that I go between classic Mustangs (1965-1970) and Corvettes. I sold a black 1965 fastback mustang recently and then bought the wby vette. I do believe I'm through with mustangs now. I absolutely love my vette. I told my wife I want to buy her one but I think she is on to me though.......
