Looks like a great car for the money. Anyone serious about a nice driver at a very reasonable price should be all over this. Where were you when I was looking!

Hi this is Steve from Indy, I contacted you a couple of month's ago from your Cincinnati Craigslist ad, I'm the one who knows Steve Hack, anyway, if you still want to sell the car, drop me a line and I will get you my e-mail address, I am local

Thanks

I was waiting for you to FIRE IT UP!
Cold start from exhaust. Your ad is so honest you will sell the car.
Even if someone offers 17 or 18 or so sight unseen.
Looks really nice.

The car was just put away for the winter, no plans on any trips with it.

Have you inspected the birdcage for rust? Kickpanels and sunvisor area at least?

This seller has owned a lot of C3s as evidenced by nice ones he's sold here and on Pittsburgh Craigslist over the past several years, so I'm sure he checked for rust. That thing is so clean all over in the pics and video (and the seller is a savvy C3 guy) I'd be floored if it had any rust anywhere. I'm waiting to see a revived sale thread in the spring!

thanks vette442, I have owned a lot of c3's and inspected this vette for over an hour before I bought it. Very solid car with no birdcage issues or any other normal rust areas. The car has always been garaged and has very low miles. Just put the car in storage and will be reposted next spring with a couple others. Thanks for your interest.

Congrats on the sale. Looked like a great car for the $$. I can take that off my list of things to fret about now. A low mileage '72 Hurst/Olds on an Olds forum now rises to the number one slot again ; )
