Default FS: 1975 L82 convertible 4-speed

Rare car! Only 366 L82 convertibles produced. 1975 L82 Corvette convertible, 4-speed close ratio, just under 27,000 actual miles, Gymkhana suspension, deluxe black interior, power steering, non-power brakes. Always stored in heated garage until just recently. Car has never seen rain or snow. No rust anywhere. Car has numbers matching engine. All numbers I have checked so far have matched up with NCRS date code specifications. Paint is very nice but has some stone chips from driving. Car was partially repainted when it was new due to poor factory paint quality. Car currently has headers and an older, non original exhaust on it. It will need to be replaced because the headers have cracked. AIR system has been removed. I do not have it. The urethane bumpers are originals and have just recently begun to crack. Car is located in Ohio

ttt, and a link to this car's C3 registry page that was set up by a previous owner. It details some of the car's early history.

Bump for a beautiful car. GLWS.

I told myself that if I get a bright blue '74 or '75 L-82 4 speed, it has to have the silver deluxe interior. So close...

I was able to find the first owner of the car and talk to him today on the phone. He confirmed the car was repainted by the dealer under GM warranty due to the poor factory paint. The dealer he ordered it from was allocated 10 Corvettes in 1975, this one being the last one. He was able to select which options he wanted on the car. Most L82 Corvettes made were highly optioned. This one is not which makes it pretty unique. No power bakes, no air conditioning. The original owner sold the car in 1977 to a manager at Crestmont Cadillac in Cleveland, Ohio. He owned the car until 1995 when he sold it to his cousin. The car was sold again in 2010 to the individual whom I purchased it from last year.
