If you are an Orange color fan, I would be more interested in this one.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/201228998311?_trksid=p2060778.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AITI have no affliation with the vehicle and I do not see any engine pad numbers, but from what I can see this 71 beats the 72 all day long.

I have never seen the car but do know the PO, and have dealt with him in the past. I also know the person who did the chassis/suspension restoration and he is a long time Corvette only specialist.

Dan knows corvettes, I would trust him. Any more questions...just call him.

Bruce,

I live in Cape Coral, let me know if you want me to take a look and snap some pictures. My C3 knowledge is very limited however, I have a C5Z and for a short while was in the market for a C3 but couldn't find a good example.

Let me know if I can be of help.

Bruce,

When you say to make sure it wasn't in a accident, I am not sure if your looking to avoid a car that was wrecked, or the wrecked one from the registry in particular. If your not looking for one that has been in a wreck, this one has a rebuilt title. That being said, I can confirm the vin/casting number from the c3 registry on this car. Also, notice the first photo from the registry, on the hood there is a type of wording/design. Hard to tell for sure, but noted something similar on this one. Attached is a photo. If you are still interested I can go into more detail and provide you with additional images.

I spoke to the owner before this prior owner and it turns out he as well lives in Florida and I spoke to him last year concerning another LT! with A.C. I saw pictures of this one but it was not for sale at the time. he said he purchased it and found out about it after buying it.
if a car has a salvage title , can it be removed if rebuilt and checked to be ok.
