my biggest complaint,with buying or selling anything,is in the last 10 -15 years is having to hold peoples hands,most people are so wishy/washy,when I go look at something I get my research done before I go look,and I have the money to do it too,and don't need to go home and ask my wife/dog/cat/fish or hamster if I can/should buy it
