Looking for a driver quality 70-72 coupe located in the South East. See list below for wishes/must haves.

1. Must be rust free frame and birdcage and willing to prove it with-in reason, show body mounting locations by removing sill and kick plates and interior windshield frame trim to access backside of birdcage. This can be done by the owner or my inspector.

2. Decent quality paint. Color doesn't matter.

3. Decent interior any color besides blue or red.

4. Perfer 4 speed with AC would consider 4 speed without AC, if it's an automatic it must have AC.

5. Stock looking engine compartment, not NCRS quality just no Bubba wiring and vacuum line work. NOM is OK.

Not interested in....

1. Sidepipes.

2. Restomod.

3. Project car.

4. Trailer queen....Can't afford that.

I know it seems I'm picky but there is no need in me wasting your time by sending info on a car I would not buy anyway.

I'm in no hurry, just looking for the right car. I'm located in Cartersville Ga which is about 50 miles north of Atlanta, the closer to me the better.

My budget is around 20 grand.

Well I looked at my first vette tonight since I have been in the market to buy ...It has been over 20 years since I even sat in one. The price was too high for what it was...A NOM auto with no AC....But it was close to the house....It did have fresh red paint but was not that great of a job, they didn't paint the door jambs...Asking price was 19,900, I told him I was not interested at that price because of the NOM and no AC and I really wanted a 4 speed....He tried to get me to make an off but I didn't want to lowball the guy....He is carry it to the Rod Run in Pigeon Forge next week and thanks he can sell it there....He may be right it looks great at 5 feet. Interior needs work. Short story long...I'm still looking.

I have looked at a few more and now I'm only interested in a 4 speed/5 speed conversion....Unless it's really nice auto with AC that works.

I have a 72 briar blue, 4sp, it is an AC option, but there is no compressor. The paint and exterior is in really good condition, no bubbling, flaking, or chipping. Black interior. It is a great driving car... starts every time and all guages, lights, and wipers work well. The engine is a chevy 350/350 and is really fast, but not numbers matching. Non power steering non power brakes. Asking 16,900 OBO. message me if interested
